Empower Yourself 90 minutes / $288 Are you ready to stand in your power? You’ve gotten this far in life with people crossing your boundaries, not speaking up and allowing others to take center stage. How does it feel? Empower Yourself Sessions are for those ready to jump into a new timeline. A timeline where magic meets its maker. Learn how to thrive in confidence without the nudge of needing to be constantly reassured. The process of becoming your true authentic self takes time and dedication. During these sessions, we will role play, get uncomfortable and talk about things your grandmother wouldn’t dare. Many people who are not empowered are coming from a life of codependency or narcissism. Boundaries are formed from within and the way to speak to ourselves. Aren’t you ready to speak differently? __________________________________________________________________________ Fun Fact: This is the time for women to rise and reclaim their independence and leadership in the world. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES: I truly value your time and energy, and I honor mine as well. To support a smooth and respectful experience for both of us, please take a moment to read the following policy regarding cancellations and no-shows. RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time. This allows me to offer that time to someone else who may ne waiting. NO SHOWS: If you miss your session without prior notice (a no-show), the session is considered forfeited. No refunds or reschedules will be offered for missed appointments without notice. TWO STRIKES POLICY: If you notify me and reschedule twice, I completely understand, life gets hectic. However, to maintain balance in my schedule, a third reschedule will not be allowed. Instead, you will be invited to rebook a new session at your convenience. NO REFUNDS: Please note that ALL sessions are non-refundable, whether missed, rescheduled or cancelled. **This policy is in place to respect both our time and the energy that goes into preparing for each session. Thank you so much for understanding and honoring these boundaries. I look forward to working with you. REMINDERS: BE IN A QUIET & STILL SPACE FOR YOUR READING. HAVE A NOTEBOOK AND PEN WITH YOU. YOUR BOOKING EMAILS WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL YOU BOOKED WITH. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AND THEN CONTACT ME THROUGH MY WEBSITE. THE SPACE YOU ENTER FOR OUR SESSIONS IS A JUDGEMENT FREE SPACE. I value your time and energy as much as I value mine. Kindness and accountability. ** XOXO Reconsideration of rescheduling will be done on a case by case basis for no-shows. **For promotional events and any 15 minute session, there will be no rescheduling, you will need to rebook.
