I have been working wildly over 20 years to become a better version of myself. I live and breathe the spiritual & healing journey everyday. From years of sexual abuse, parental narcissism, abandonment wounds, anger issues, unhealthy choices, insecurities, broken relationships, grand scaled grief, judgement, control issues, undiagnosed neurodivergence, high functioning codependency and fear of success. I've walked through it, all on my own with the spirit world beside me.
